Auditions scheduled for “Disney’s High School Musical” at Uni
[Posted January 6, 2016] The unstoppable Uni Theatre Arts team, fresh off the success of “You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown,” is readying its spring spectacular, “Disney’s High School Musical.”
Theatre Arts chief Ronnie Sperling ‘76 posted this note, with the first step: auditions.
“Exciting news! The University High Spring Musical is Disney’s High School Musical.
“Auditions are Tuesday, January 19th and Wednesday, January 20th. Callbacks are Thursday, January 21st. The auditions will be held in Stivelman Theater from 3:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Please be on time and expect to stay the entire time on either day!
“No need to prepare anything. Wear comfortable clothes: you will be asked to move. ALL roles are available. Looking for all types. No previous theatre experience necessary! Come ready to show us your fun side.
“Especially looking for: cheerleaders, male basketball players, male and female gymnasts, and real athletes of any kind.”
